It all began with a simple idea fueled by a passion of condiments. I tried Mystic Grains sourdough bread when she was still a cottage home baker. The bread was the most amazing bread I had ever tasted. I found myself contemplating warm butter, oil and balsamic vinegar, or a smear of roasted garlic as a topping. From there the first SBread was created, the Garlic Balsamic whipped butter.
I have always had a taste for great food, unique flavors and a love of sauces, dips and spreads. Often times the food was just the vehicle to get the condiment into my mouth. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I put out reflects the flavors that I envisioned. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have creating them.
